FiF North America Adopts New Motto

Resolution adopted by the Council of Forward in Faith, North America meeting November 15-17, 2004.

Be it RESOLVED that the mission of Forward in Faith/NA is to secure an orthodox Province dedicated and equipped for evangelism, and EQUALLY to seek the conversion of those who proclaim and/or are ensnared in a false gospel.

To this end, Forward in Faith/NA (in solidarity with Forward in Faith/UK and Forward in Faith/Australia) will:

a) Cooperate as fully as possible with the Anglican Communion Network;

b) Work with the Continuum to the same end;                                              

c) Collaborate ecumenically for full Christian unity in the Catholic and Orthodox faith.

Motto adopted:

“UPHOLDING THE FAITH AND ORDER OF THE UNDIVIDED CHURCH”
