The 2008 Lambeth Conference

On the final day of the 2008 Lambeth Conference which was held in Canterbury, some bishops and friends gathered in the Forward in Faith Lambeth HQ - the Roman Catholic Chaplaincy in Canterbury - to say 'Happy Birthday' to Bishop Keith Ackerman, Bishop of Quincy.
