Forward in Faith welcomes the appointment of Sir Philip Mawer

Forward in Faith welcomes the appointment of Sir Philip Mawer as the Independent Reviewer, under the Regulations which will establish a procedure for the resolution of disputes arising from the House of Bishops' Declaration on the Ministry of Bishops and Priests.

We trust that Sir Philip will be committed to the flourishing of all in the Church of England in accordance with the five Guiding Principles, and that he will not hesitate to remind others of their responsibilities in this regard.
